Tips for Roasting Garlic Bulbs

Roasted garlic has a mild flavor with a buttery texture. Great for adding to your recipes or spreading on bread or crackers.

First slice the pointed top off of the Garlic bulb then add a tablespoon of oil to the bottom of the roaster.

Pick off any loose papery skins and place cut side down in the oil. Bake at 375 deg. Oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Roast up to 3 bulbs at a time.
 
Allow to cool then squeeze bulb from the root end (like toothpaste) to release garlic from skins then enjoy!

Tips for Roasting Whole Onions
 
Roasted Onions has a mild flavor with a smooth texture. Great for adding to your recipes or making a cream sauce in a blender.
You can roast your onion peeled or unpeeled. Brush with Olive Oil or other veggie oil and add a small amount to the bottom of the roaster pot. Bake at 380 deg. For 45 to 60 minutes depending on onion size.
